ReVibrancy will follow the PIPEDA Privacy Laws of Canada and Privacy Laws of the Provinces in regards to the handling of Confidential Information and the CASL Canadian Anti-Spam Law in regards to email use.  Some Confidential Information is stored with Outsmartemr.com our Electronic Medical Records Provider who stores the information in British Columbia, Canada.  ReVibrancy uses systems and process that follow the recognized “Security by Design” principle to protect Confidential Information and it's intended use.
